I took off the existing seat cover and reinforced the backing with ducted tape. I used 1" foam to cover the seat and recovered it with the same cover. Rides easier on butt and I raised the bars forward to sit me more upright to take the stress off of my back and it has seemed to help. I plan on raising the handle bars by 3" with a 30 degree 3' extension which will bring the handle bars back toward me which should take care of my back and butt comfort. Plus, I will eventually put some high pegs forward so I will be leaning back with my back straight.
